I work in a school as a security person. I am a city employee. There is a gym teacher that haved been invading my duties and I complained to principal and my supervisor during a meeting. After that... the gym teacher has been spreading among the rest of the staff members that i need to go to anger management and also to substitute people. I feel this is hurting me that is why I just ignore everyone except for business purposes. Should I
talk to the principal and my supervisor again and say that I have intentions to sue that individual for difamation or can I sue the organization for which he works also because since my last meeting... Things just gotten more worse and he is just talking to much to the point where everyone is just indiferent.

You are considering suing this person for slander, which is verbal defamation of character. Whether or not you have a cause of action will depend on just what the gym teacher said. If he (or she) has said that you did this or that, and it is a lie, you could sue. However, if the teacher said that you need anger management, then that is a statement of opinion and not of fact, and opinions are not actionable (1st Amendment Freedom of Speech issues).
Then you would need to prove special damages. Even if you have a valid cause of action, you might want to look at whether or not this gym teacher is independently wealthy. A judgment against this teacher would cost you a great deal in attorney fees, and if there is nothing to collect on, why bother?
The better way to handle this is to speak to the principal (your supervisor likely has absolutely no power over the gym teacher, and likely cannot help).

Do you mean defamation? Well, I don't think that's the problem here. The gym teacher is not pretending to be a security guard and stealing your dialogue lines, so it's not defamation. I would say ignore the guy. He's the one with problems and he needs anger management. Talk to your supervisor about it and have him or her inform the principal. Or meet up the bastard at his car one day after school and kick him in the baby maker.

forget about right or wrong in this job situation. you are outnumbered and will lose your job and get a bad rep unless you take some smart steps to save yourself. remember you are outnumbered. back off and be very agreeable while you relocate within the system or in another system . act quickly and let it be lesson learned. you have to learn never to do anything that even suggests anger. otherwise, you sure cannot direct children around schools and such. you may be right. you may not be right. it is your job and living and your survival at stake. stand back and stay out of trouble at all costs. be more like a lifeguard who only jumps into the water when someone is screaming for help. "the nail that sticks up gets hammered down."

Defamation involves your reputation. If something is said or shown to a 3rd person and is understood by that person to lower your reputation, or to keep others from associating with you, you may have a defamation claim. Libel & Slander are 2 types of defamation. To sue for defamation you have to prove that the information if false-truth is a defense.

You can't sue someone for defamation if you can't spell it.

Seriously, though, it sounds to me (or at least it would likely play out this way in court) that it's more his personal opinion about you than a factual statement, so it would be a difficult claim.

Common grow up...its like your playing the big boy version of a childhood playground. You wanna sue somone because you dont like what they say. Try working for a living and not looking for a simple easy way to get money without doing a bit of work for it.

You mean defamation. You can sue anybody - whether or not you have a viable case is another matter. I would seek out an attorney who offers a free consultation and get his advice.

yes talk to the Principal and talk to the Gym teacher and tell her to stop...Gossip is the Number one free time activities for educators (I am an educator). Dont let that bother you...and dont get revenge..try to solve things in a good possitive way.

If the person believes what they are saying about you, you could not win in court. If they did not believe it, you would have to prove their action caused you damage. It is not worth trying to sue, unless there is more than you stated here.
