I wouldn't wear black shoes with navy pants. You could wear navy of course. Also you could wear taupe or beige shoes. What color is the top you are wearing? Winter white would be another suggestion.

I wouldn't recommend black pants with a navy blue shirt. It tends to look as if you tried to match but dressed yourself in the dark, you know? And it's pretty depressing-looking, too. My advice would be to invest in a white button-up shirt. Or, heck, pretty much anything that's not navy blue or black. Even a lighter/brighter color blue would be nice. But, if for some reason, you can't do this in time, and if you ONLY have a navy blue shirt, you should go with the khakis if they are in good repair (not frayed or worn looking). Polish the shoes!

Um, hello? Black and blue? You'll look like a walking bruise! EW! Try a light tan, white, or navy shoes and belt. But not black. I don't care what weirdo tells you "black matches everything!" That's true, but while it MATCHES everything, it doesn't look GOOD with everything. I'm going anti-black with that.

I wouldn't do black, its not very flattering do navy and doesn't give a professional impression. If you want a bit fun and flirty, get an open toe navy pump like the one I have on the website below. If you want professional, then stay with a lower heel and closed toe, maybe a slingback

Yes black would be okay, or if you can find Navy that to would work. And depending on the occassion you could get away with wearing a colour such as red or white.

Wear blue, white, cream or light tan. Do not wear black. No matter if it's in style or not, black and blue DO NOT look good together.

It does not look good to wear black. It looks like it clashes. I would wear navy or I would wear brown.
