Ask yourself why you like the guy you never get to see or know very well. Sounds more like you either have a crush on him, or you are intrigued by what is distant and unobtainable. If your friend likes you but you don't feel the same about him, I think it would really damage your friendship if you start dating his brother.

tell the younger brother your not interested and contact the older one . L et him know how you feel and hope he doesn't hurt you. the younger brother doesn't need to know until the relationship is serious.

it depends on what you are ready for . if he can make y ou happy then go for it. age is just a way to measure a lifetime. what would have happened if there was never a clock in existance. then age wouldnt matter
