Yes.

The Hirogen are strong but there aren't a lot of them so they couldn't beat the inexhaustible Jem'hadar armies.

If you mean a hand to hand fight I think it would be a nasty fight but again the Jem'hadar would win.I reckon only a Klingon or a Borg could match a Jem'hadar hand to hand.

Hmmm.... (look up the races... I remember the name Jem'Hadar was spoken with a little respect and a lot of fear...)
Dominion-bred mercenaries vs a race that sees themselves as hunters and everything else as prey...

That could be interesting....

I know you've asked that we consider strength only, but...

I think the Jem'Hadar would win.
It seems the Hirogen are more interested in a good (enjoyable) hunt, whereas the Jem'Hadar are simply out to kill, no holds barred.... or at least obey their Vorta.

In response to Greg N's answer-- I don't think I would bet on the Klingon,either... but the Borg- that may work- they're pretty numerous, and the hive mind doesn't mind sacrificing a few individuals for the win...

Hirogen are bigger built and thus more powerful in strength

Both have cloaking technology

Both are warriors

But I think the Hirogen would win just on brute strength
