Is there a way I can get an order for my kids father to keep them, and he have to keep that order just like a child support order?

I never heard of a mandatory custody order. Maybe you could just relinquish parental rights and let someone adopt them. Forcing them on their father would not be the best for the children. Remember the children? It's all about the children.

Yeah well you'd have to remain the "custodial parent" or parent in charge and then just ask the father if he wants joint custody and if you've already got joint custody just ask him if he wants to keep them longer from time to time. If he keeps them a majority of the time and becomes the custodial parent he will probably seek to reduce or eliminate the child support so just ask politely if he wants them for extra time from time to time, not always.

...hey, listen...just relinquish your parental rights...your kids'll never forgive you, but, if you don't care...go to the courthouse, file the necessary papers...if the father doesn't want them either, then they will be placed in the foster care system...it will be a difficult life...but, perhaps best, if you really don't want them...your children will have severe emotional scars due to these decisions...are you sure it's just not a bad week? everybody sometimes wants to walk away...i urge you to talk to someone you can trust...

Just by asking that question is enough for me to want to the kids with him! So , just ask your lawyer and the judge that very question.

you are a *****.
you are irresponsible
you need to go to some therapy
you need to act like a real mom
you can only move up from here so start being a mother and tell your kids you love them all the time.
