Nietzsche viewed morality as a man-made concept and the kind of morality people create for themselves reflects on and reinforces what they are. Morality can reflect on and reinforce strength or weakness.
Unfortunately the morality that has most taken hold in the world (Judeo- Christian) reflects on and perpetuates a sick, weak and life-denying ideal because of it's obsession with the perfection of heaven (which the earth can never match). It has done mankind some good (gave an explanation for suffering, made mankind more introspective and interesting and given them a will to overcome life itself- which does impart an odd strength all it's own). Nonetheless, this system of morality has been relied upon for too long and it's time for a new one that perpetuates strength and faith in the imperfection of the earth.

There are the morals of the strong, and the morals of the weak. The weak have banded together (this is Nietzsche) to force their morality (eg, Christianity) on the strong, who someday will stand up and look out for themselves. And create a race of heroes.
