How is yahoo caculating the percentage rate for answers. It seems like I'm stuck on the 4% with lots of questions that I have answered and some just got on here and their rate is very high with less questions answered. I just would like to know how one in being rated in this regard.

the percentage was based on the best answer.. the best answer can come from the asker who choose your answer as the best, or your answet got most vote..
if I see your profile you got 160 best answer from 4309 answer you had submitted, so 160/4309 = 3.7%

i believe u have to be the best answer to get the percentage deal, ya know? not just how many u answered, but of how many were BEST, u see?
