Does this trend continue? Do women want children at an earlier age, and that is though of as maturity? Does this explain why young women get lower car insurance rates? Are some men mature, but the rest bring them down? Is this a common view in many cultures?

Women do mature at an earlier age then men socially. Men mature sexually earlier then women. No, most women do not want children at an earlier age (although I am not sure what you mean by that). Women can think things through more clearly, get into less car accidents, are generally more responsible earlier, etc...that is why the lower car rates. Also, they generally get better grades in High School. Yes, some men mature earlier than the general population of males, but not enough of them to change the traditional trend. This view of women maturing earlier is true is almost every culture I am aware of, and is the why men are encouraged to 'sow your wild oats' and women are encouraged to be 'careful, meek, mild, complient and obedient' by many religions and cultures. This is unfortunate, but true. It is also why most women prefer older men for mates, as the men have matured more than the ones the same age as the women (if we are speaking of early 20's, let's say).

I don't think that all women want children at young ages to prove they are mature.I think that some men are mature and so do bring them down. Don't know about the culture thing though.

Don't ever say I said this but women are just more mature than we are. They don't go crazy at a football game and know that it isn't okay to feed a kid a donut for lunch.
they just know that they have to be responsible for us.
i mean what women would get with other women and ride horseback to go camping and fishing for a week when they haven't rode in years knowing they are going to really hurt.
Hate to say this but they should be president they are smarter.

some men tend to act more immature than others yes! but unfortunately for the mature males the majority of them choose to act immature. its possible that's why women's tax rates are lower and many other things are easier for women... sorry

not sure about that but the car insurance thing is because even tho men are statisctically better drivers our insurance is higher because men drive 2 times more than women alot of people think its because women are statistacally better drivers but this is not so

si. yo got it right. sure do and no comparison. by the time i was seven i had every boy on the block following me around and at 12 i was a sensation. you know when you have it and some mature earlier than others. it has meant everything for me. i have done well in my life.
