The fangs and mouth are separate, many people believe that once they inject digestive enzymes, the spider will then suck up the "juices" through their fangs, this is actually false. Spiders us the fangs to catch, kill and partially digest their prey, once the prey is liquefied, they will use the fangs to manipulate the food, while the mouth actually takes in all the juices.

Of course they have mouths. They have to eat! They inject poison and liquifier into the food through their fangs, but they suck out the juice using their mouth.
