What do you think is the best careers in visual arts and or multimedia?

I was just curious, and want to know what people think is the best careers in visual arts/multimedia (this is the area I want to go to university for). Consider things like: enjoyment of the job, wages, location of the work, job availability etc.

If you really enjoy this type of work consider being "The Talent". They usually make more money than others in the multimedia field. But if you are a techi you should consider being a director.

commerial design, maybe even architecture. just my opinion
