Hello, I have set rules to separate two pop3 email accounts with two separate pst file. And i set pst pssword for both of the files.

Unfortunately, now, when i started the outlook, if i dont key in the password for one of the pst files, the email for the lock pst file will be download into the unlock pst file. Is there is anyway rules can bypass the password, or atleast stop the email from downloading until the pst file is unlock?

TQ

You can disable the automatic send and receive on startup, or do not include the one account in the group.

I understand your concern over security, but if you password protect your windows logon and make your folders private, no one will be able to snoop in there. Your only risk would be if you back it up to external device or CD.

Other than my first sentence, I really dont think that you can achieve what you are looking for.
