First, where did the previous charge go? You must have a leak and are you qualified to handle mobile A/C systems? Do you have the proper equipment to detect leaks and evacuate the system properly? I guess we will have to deal with the people like you who does not give a sh-t about our environment.

Locate the A/C compressor close to the front of the car. Look at the back and underside of the compressor for two steel refrigerant lines. One is usually marked S and the other D (for Suction and Discharge). The low pressure service port is often called the "Suction" side and should be very close to the compressor or even built into it. The discharge tubing should be the hot tubing when the A/C has been running for a few minutes.

follow your lines behind the air compressor. you will find a nub that unscrews and looks like an over sized bicycle air valve, that is were you add it. However, if your vehicle is out of coolant then you might have bigger issues. Might in the long run be cheaper to get it done professionally especially if your trial and erroring the fix yourself.

This does not sound like a good idea to me. If you do not know what you are doing you can ruin the compressor. After that, taking the car to a mechanic would have seemed like a cheap and easy idea.
