you dont say what kind of work you are being interviewed for??

its difficult to answer your queston without more information.

but generally, if you have a family, then you are probably more reliable, as you have responsibilities, but how important this is, WILL depend on the job.

if your not a national to the country that you are applying for work in...then its important to let them know you have all the required visas etc

you are a good time keeper, & are flexible, & hard working,

good luck, but I think adding a bit more information will get you better answers

They often ask "where do you see yourself in 5 years from now". Whether you answer that you want to climb the career ladder or not, you should make sure that you say you want to settle in this firm, that you do not want to move jobs again and that you are looking to find a job where you are going to stay for the foreseeable future.
If you have had quite a few past jobs, they will ask why, and you should answer that you were testing the waters, that you now want to establish a firm career and base with this job. Those are a couple. hope they help.

It would be much better if you can tell us what kind of job you are applying for.
In general, the interviewer(s) will test your knowledge of the job, go over your application to verify it, and want to review your experience. What they will be looking for is how you carry yourself, do you get upset easily, how will you fit into their organization. You will want to find a way to present yourself that convinces him or her that you are the one they want, even if you are brand new to that kind of work. That means, confidence, ability to learn easily, why you chose that company instead of another, and if you aren't new, what kind of contribution to prior companies you made, and your passion. Employers know we all have to work, and we all want the best pay we can get, but why did you chose them? Don't exaggerate, people can smell artifice a mile away and the job will go down the tubes.

What do you consider a weakness?

Always state one, and end it on a possible eg. I was fairly disorganised, but I decided to purchase a diary to keep myself in check.

What do you consider your strong points?

What have you done in the past, which has been helpful to someone else?

Why did you leave your previous job?
NEVER slate your previous employer at this point.

What are your hobbies?
Don't say socialising, gym or cinema. Say true but interesting things and expand slightly on each.

i always ask what they expect of me.

And When they ask if there is any Questions, the last one i ask is when i can start, that always seems to secure the job and make me look eager to start
