Does anyone suspect their pet is ill (or has died) from the recent rat poison scare?

Question

My burmese cat died about a month ago before the news hit.
At the time she was only sick for a short time before I took her to the vet and it seemed like natural causes because she was 19 1/2 years old. Now I know that one of her favourite cat foods was on the list and if you look at the dates she could have eated some.

as soon as you notice your pet acting different or sick, bring it to a vet's immedietly

sorry to hear that :( my friend has a 4 month old golden retriever that is under vet's care due to the recall.
