I'm pretty cheap, and I expect to get dirty so I don't want to worry about ruining them. At the least, I'm looking for maybe a material I should look for that will allow for breathing and such.
Thanks for any help. I'm particularly fond of shopping and any thing that makes this easier will be appreciated.

Cotton-it breathes. It's cool, comfy, If you are working in yard work, please wear long pants, and maybe long sleeves, to help protect from nettles, bee stings, etc. Or, three quarter length sleeves. What ever you are most comfrotable in.

There are light cotton shorts and capris available at WalMart that are really cool and comfortable for working in the heat. Any light colored T-shirts will do. Don't wear anything dark colored as it will hold the heat and make you very uncomfortable. You will need a hat and sunscreen too.

Also, get yourself a zip up hoodie, track pants and an umbrella in case you get caught in the rain.

Go to a local store where everyone goes. They will probably have fashinable clothes. Ask the sales people if they can help you pick out cute clothes for you. Its really fun. Also you might want to try somewhere else if it's too expansive then you can buy more!
