Can a person use one source to find different information on one topic?

In other words can I use walmart website for the topics of sales, towel quality and toys and have three different references ont those topics?

One company's website would not be three different resources. At least if I was the teacher grading the assignment, I wouldn't accept it. And thanks to your question, I'll be sure to make that very clear on my assignments. 3 Different resources to me means 3 different types of resources....a website, a book, a magazine, a journal article, even 2 of the above, but what the previous poster is suggesting would be similar to saying "I used 3 different pages in a book to find the information so that is 3 sources." Which to me, seems obviously incorrect.

If you accessed three different web pages on the same website, you can use each of those for a separate source (depending on the leniency of the person grading/reviewing your paper or whatever you're doing.)

Just give the web address for each page. If they're different, they're separate references.
