oh dear, there's nothing worse than being in a kob you hate.
he sounds very unhappy and seems to be thinking it's his entire life, rather than just his job.
tell him how you feel about him but give him his space. if he really loves you, he'll regret his desigion to say thoise things, especially if he find alternative employment.
good luck

he is obviously feeling really down right now due to the job situation and his obvious unhappiness in the current job, however you should be working as a team here and relationships are all about leaning on the other when we are down for support and encouragement, tell him that you want to be there for him and to support him unconditionally , plan a romantic meal and make huge efforts to pamper him so that at least he knows he has you, if this doesnt work then give him exactly what he has asked for and distance yourself, maybe he will wake up to how his problems are now affecting both of you, if this doesnt work then you have to ask is he really the kind of guy you want to be with, can you be happy with him if he is going to sulk every time things go pear shaped, i wish you luck

I'm going through a similar situation at the moment and it's horrible. I really can't offer any advice i'm afraid as i'm hurting about this too and just don't understand it all. You could just give up on him i guess, but that isn't the answer. I think you'll just have to give him time maybe. I really don't know what the answer is as i'm going through similar to you. It's horrible and makes you feel worthless. Hope things work out for you though :-)

Aww you poor thing. I know what you are going through. Be strong and support him, that is what he needs, its going to be tought but if you love him it is worth it. Changing a job is not an easy thing, you need to be there for him.
The best thing to do is to sit him down and tell him that you love him and will support him through it. Also give him the space to sort himself out. It sounds like het is trying to do it for the both of you. Once he has managed to get a posistion that he is enoying then you will see a chance.
Just be there for him. Stay Strong and good luck
He will Thank you for it Later.

Being unemployed and looking for a job is so hard, you get rejected time and time again and you feel worthless. Of course, once he gets a job, his spirits will be soaring again and he will feel like he is worthy of you, able to take care of you and think about a future perhaps. Be incredibly supportive and just tell him to keep plugging away.

Talk to him & tell him that he must relax.
He needs to get in the right frame of mind to get the job he wants.
It appears to me that he is stressed out.
You must help him, do some things differently, go for walks & talk.
Get him to check his biorythms
www.beamtech.de/biorhythm
We all havea cycle & he is most probably on a low. He should arrange interviews when he is coming up to a high.
Good luck to both of you

Show him some understanding and be patient. He will soon find himself another Job or a local solution. You would have convinced him that you would stand by him-- through thick or thin. Make it into a win-win situation. Good luck

It is quiet an ordeal not being happy in a job.
It is daunting still finding a new one to walk into.
Allow him some slack.
He is a worried man.
He needs this period to sort himself.
I am sure, he will get back to his normal self, once sorted.

try to understand him first
& of course try to support him with everything he's doing
but if you cannot try to make a good decidion but before making a decision
you should first think about its consequences
