Is it normal? If I get up too quicky my vision goes black and it's painful. It ususally lasts about 5 seconds then my vision comes back.

there are too many reasons that this can be happening....please go to an emergency room sweetie.life's too short to not care of this asap....will be diligently praying for your health and peace of mind.

It's really not normal. Do you have low blood pressure? Make sure you get up slowly and try to avoid bending over at the waist. It's better to squat and that will keep your head at a higher level. I would certainly get it checked out by your family Dr. Take care..

It's a head rush... Blood drains out of you brain for a second or two. it happens to fighter pilots in negative G

Check your blood pressure...
Check your blood sugar....

if you cannot do this at home you need to go to ER or your family doctor.....get it checked out as soon as you can!

I black out every now and then... but I havent done it recently. Have it checked out.

Have you been drinking? If not than you may be dehydrated. If it continues.. you should go and see a physician.

It could be your blood pressure .... either too low or too high, can cause that.Got to your dr. and tell him or her.
