That has got to be one of the greatest songs Johnny Cash ever sang. The lyrics combined with the tone make it such a haunting piece. The only place I've seen it is on the album that you mentioned since it's one of his later tracks.
Actually, I believe Merle Haggard wrote Folsom Prison Blues.

If you are talking about the sting from the police then you are waaaaaaay off. The song that you are referring to is not called "i hung my head" it's called Folsom Prison Blues. It was written by Johnny Cash and NOT "sting". And to the answerer below, the song is on several other albums and was not one of his "later songs", it originally came out in 1968 on the album Folsom Prison Blues.
