I'm a black woman and I just want to say that I don't care what people dress like because it's none of my business. Everyone is free to do as they please, and besides it's not like black people own these clothes and the rights for anyone out the black race to wear them. We all have our own personal taste so with that being said some white people may find that style of dressing to be exactly what they like and feel comfortable wearing. It's not about dressing black, white, or whatever. It's about feeling good about yourself.

What is dressing black in the first place? Do you mean dressing in hip hop clothes (made by blacks)? If so, that is a better way to ask it. I mean, its like asking: How would white people feel if black people dressed like them?

Anyway, dressing in HIP HOP gear is worn by all youths these day: blacks, asians, whites, hispanics, etc. Its not just a black thing, so how is this a problem anyway?

To outofafrica9: where the hell are you getting this ape sh!t from? Last time I checked, we walk upright just like everyone else. I'm glad that you don't want to look "black". I'd be ashamed to be associated with something like you.

To answer the question, with the exception of the a**hole I mentioned above, it doesn't bother me. If it makes them happy, let them. That's like asking white people if it makes them mad when blacks listen to alternative or rock music. It's just a stupid question, and those that do, need to grow up.

No because I don't dress like a stereotypical black person and I don't think races are supposed to wear specific styles.

it depends on what do you mean by dressing and trying to act black.

If you are talking about someone not black who happens to pick a style of dress that was made popular in the black comminty then I am fine with it.

But if you are talking about someone who is trying to become a stereotype of what they think Black people are then yes I do get upset about it.

If anyone has the class to act like me and the money to dress like me, then I applaud them!

No, because the way I act has nothing to do with being black

I don't know how do you act like a Black person? I thought that we were individuals.....I guess I was wrong.

I'm sure it does. They think they have cornered the market on acting like a retard.
