You need the adapter, then just plug it in. (rechargable batteries necessary
or feed the miniture hamster that runs in the tiny wheel under the cover then wait over night and it will be charged.

No, gameboys can't charge themslefs. You can either get new batteries for it, or you can go to the store and buy the charger coard. I'm not sure on the price, but I dout they are that exspencive. With the charger plug, all you do is plug the coard into a plug in the wall or exstention coard, and plug the other end into your gameboy. It is pretty simple. =)

that'd be cool if they did.
didn't you get the little adapter? that's how u charge it! plug it into the game boy and a wall outlet...be ready in a few hours.
if you lost ur own, then u can use someone else's for all i noe.
