A starfish can have 5 or more legs, so it may well be a starfish, just I have no idea which kind - very pretty though.

its some kind of starfish, definitely not an octopus or squid, just a starfish with a few more legs than you're used to.

Sunflower stars can have up to 24 legs, so the one you caught does not really have a " lot " of legs.

Really interesting, wish I knew. Sorta looks like an octopus with all those legs, maybe a squid.
