Without television there would be more time for family. What ever happened to sitting around the dinner table conversing with your family? Where are all the kids I used to see playing manhunt outside? And our youth? Why are these 13 year old girls dressing in hoochiewear, showing their thongs? Don't the parents have self respect anymore? Well, according to the music videos on TV that glamorize these women in thongs shaking their butt cracks at one another, it's the norm. I asked my 5Th grade class what they wanted to be when they grow up and the majority of my boys said they wanted to be a hustler, gangster or a rapper like 50. I had one girl say she wanted to be a stripper and a video hoe. It makes me so sad. If they only knew how hard life will be for them without an education. I pray for my own future kids. I hope they're nerds.
Or how about the girls that look up to supermodels, starving themselves for a glimpse at stardom. Don't get me wrong, I listen to all types of music, and am constantly watching what I eat. I just don't let it infect my mind. Sorry Hun, this is a very touchy subject I could go on forever.

Those huge shopping carts that look like little cars that kids can ride in. They block the whole aisle and nobody else can get around them!
