A person who cannot forgive and let go of something that has happened to them in life. They have been hurt alot and do not know how to forgive..... They are bitter and need help to learn how to get past things. I feel that everyone deserves a second chance usually. This all depends on the situation and circumstances though. Also you may forgive but be scared to give a second chance because you are afraid of getting hurt again.

I agree. Second chances are made for situations that are repairable. Some things are not repairable.
The wise person is the one who knows the difference and explains why it is in everyone's best interest.

Depends on the situation. In the case of adultery I'd call them wise. But if it were something like leaving the seat cover up I call them judgmental.
