I'm moving house on 30th March. Will I still have time to change my voting center?

Or am I better not changing where I vote from until after the election and using it in my old ward? I don't want to miss my chance to vote in the up coming scottish elections and I'm worried it might be too late the change.

If you changing zip codes and therefore districts yes. You can contact your county's elections office and they will be able to tell you if you need to.
