1. Go to "File" in the upper left hand corner.
2. Click on "Page-set up" it should be third on the list.
3. A box will pop up..When it asks about margins, set them all to 1.

Go to File > Page Setup. You can set the margins there. You can also adjust them in the Print Layout.
This should show the margins at the top of the page. (If not, select View > Ruler.)
In the ruler area, you'll see three areas; left margin, center area, and right margin. Drag the right and left margin markers to the 1 inch position.

In the top left-hand corner, go to the "File" pull-down menu and drag your icon to "Page Setup... ." A new window will appear, and on that you will see a tab called "Margins." Type in "1" on the field(s) where you want the 1" margins - top, bottom, left, or right. Then click OK and you should be set.

You have to click on file in the menu bar, then you click n the page- setup. You enter figures to set your margins.

Click on "file" tab in the tool bar
On the drop down menu click "page set up"
Now click "margins"
Adjust your LEFT and RIGHT Margins to 1"
Click "OK" at the bottom of the page and you are ready to go! :)

Put mouse on tiny triangular gray space, then move mouse to left until it gets to 1 inch or 1. Thats it. Any questions just e-mail me.
