I drove my Nissan 350Z through a flood intersection and sucked water into the air filter 2 out of the 6 spark plug chambers had water in them? When I try to start the car it sounds as if the battery is dead and will not turn over? Do I need to buy new spark plugs if they got wet? Does anyone have an suggestions as to what I can do to get my baby up and running again?

You got water into your cylinders. Water is an incompressible fluid, and so has locked your crankshaft in position. The cure is simple. Remove the spark plugs and turn the engine over a few times. The starter motor will force the water out through the spark plug holes. Then reinstall the plugs, fire it up, and enjoy.
Go and swim no more!

That's bad news for your Z car. You need to be very careful whatever you do. Your car may be suffering from a condition known as hydro lock. That means that your pistons are probably trying to compress the water that has gotten into the cylinders.

Since water is not compressible, the engine won't turn. You may already have a couple of blown head gaskets, but don't force the engine to turn. The results could be disasterous.

You might be able to remove the spark plug from each cylinder and blow out the water, but you might want to contact your mechanic first. Above all, you want to avoid blown head gaskets. They are very expensive.

Hope this helps :>)))

This could be catastrophic- DO NOT ATTEMPT to crank the engine if you haven't removed the water first. Hopefully you haven't already fubar'd a connecting rod.

Remove all of the spark plugs and crank the engine several times- this will get the water out of the top of the motor.

Next, drain the oil and replace it (and the filter)... you'll need to do this several times- until the oil stops looking like mayonnaise after it has been run.

Spark plugs are probably worth replacing, since you've taken them all out to clear the top end.

You will also need to drain inspect and follow up on the transmission and rear-end gear.

Bottom line is, its time to go to the mechanic.

If you got water inside the cylinders - it will hydro lock - not be able to turn over. Do NOT try to start it any more or you might bend a rod - or break a piston if it kicks over. you have to take the spark plugs out and turn it over until you blow all the water out of the cylinders. also use compressed air to blow out cyls w/ a long probe. water by itself shouldn't hurt plugs - as long as the electrodes and insulators are ok. get it dried out as soon as you can to prevent rust in the cylinders. if you get it running - listen carefully for any knocking - might have something bent or broken inside.
