World Peace Initiative?

All world Leaders must sign by April 1st, 2007 if by this time the world is not on a course of peaceful resolution, then we, the undersigned, no longer wish to participate. we will not come out and play. you cannot borrow our toys. don't call us. oh yea, quit asking us for money.
