How do I remove the rust, and then paint it? Or, do I just paint over the rust with a special spray paint? What sort of products do I need to do this? Any help would be great. Thanks

Rust-Oleum makes a metal primer and spray paint. You'll need to use steel wool and a tack cloth to remove any flaky rust. Then use the metal primer first and allow to dry. Finish with a coat or two of spray paint designed to adhere to metal.

Good luck.
