Although Paris Hilton is from a rich background, I read somewhere that she has supported herself financially since she was 18 and doesn't get a penny of inheritence for a LOOOONNNNG time so I would have to say Britney is the most stupid (purely for the short skirt/no knickers thing) as I think Paris has actually done a damn good job of marketing herself as a "Blonde Party Girl".
