I think you would. It really wouldn't make much of a difference.

I do not know, I haven't gotten that feeling in quite some time. I doubt it would work because that feeling comes from all the parts of your body (blood, muscle, etc) coming down at a different rate of speed. You have to get used to this feeling to over come it.
