The good news: A study says that eating chocolate can improve blood vessel function.
The bad news: You have to eat dark chocolate. Milk chocolate doesn't count.
The good news : They will conduct a larger study (maybe they can qualify milk chocolate).
The bad news: You have to be healthy in the first place for the dark chocolate to be beneficial.
At least it's a start in the right direction. Chocolate lovers have something to rejoice over.
