I know the answer to the secret question already, but after I answered it correctly it says I have to create a new password. But I want the old one, because I don't want this person to lose access to their account.

Hello lori

When asked for the old and new password there should be no reason why you can not type in the same password. However why would you need to change the password if it is the same at the current password.

Remember you can always make a new password and change it by repeating the process or going to mail option in the inbox.

I hope this helps

It appears you are trying to gain access to someone else's email account. If you have those kind of suspicions to where you need to hack into his account, leave him.
