Always say no first so you have time to think then say yes if you want. That's one way of avoiding second thoughts.

I often have second and third thoughts. And often struggle with the first one. Admitting the struggle is good. Over negativity is bad. ummmmmmm banging the critical parent(in my head) over the head with a large stick, (in my head) is becoming a very good idea.

I've had second thoughts many a time, what with everything thats happened in my life, mostly about events in the past. But then I think I cant change them, so there's no point dwelling on them.

I always have second thoughts and then I try to convince myself that my first thought/decision was acceptable. Then again, I've had 2 failed marriages. I had second thoughts about getting married each time, convinced myself I was over evaluating my relationships, got married, got divorced years later. Hmm?

I am always having second thoughts. I doubt everything I do. In fact I am having second thoughts about whether I should have answered this question. Hmmm.
