I have a sony ericcson W 810 i -n- can't put music on it?

I have the memory card ( 512 mb one) and the software is downloaded. When I try to start the software I get a missing ??? notice. And have not been able to capture the info due to it just flashing up briefly then vanishing. Anyone out there had this problem??

go to my computer click 810 removable disk and drag music files
