We live on top of our own water source, so I need something that won't leach into the water table and poison us, or if it does, it will be harmless.
I remember one with vinegar, but can't remember the other ingredients or the ratios.
Help?

Thanks!!

I should add that I have had disc surgery in my neck with 2 more discs ready to go any moment-- so I can't pull them up. I'd love to, but then I'll land back in the hospital for a good month or so...

Vinegar (any kind) and table salt-works really well takes 2 days.

Put vinegar (T) depending on the size of weed then salt (T) . Good luck I use this often.

If its just a small area, you can put a layer of black plastic over the top of it. It will be deprived of sunlight and all the weeds will shrivel up and die. No digging!

Straight vinegar in a spray bottle will kill almost anything. (it may take a day or two...but it sure will kill grass and broadleaf weeds and such!)
