How do I solve a problem between The 1 person I hate and ignore here?

She treats me like dirt and says I spread rumors about here...... but I didn't do anything to her! She also called my friend a jerk, slut, horrible cheerleader and said she would neva make it to the team, and lots of others!!! I need serious help from anyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
