First of all, I think Daylight Savings Time started early this year (some congressman or something did it). Anyway, normally Daylight Savings Time starts on the first Sunday in April and ends on the last Sunday in October. The rule is as follows:
Spring Foward
Fall Back
(Since when you spring, you usually move foward and when you fall, you usually fall backwards...ok so it's not really true, but you see my point).
So, in spring, we would lose an hour of sleep.

When? The time change already happend. At 2 am the clocks went ahead 1 hour.

Forward - you lose an hour unfortunately....the clocks SPRING forward in the spring and FALL back in the fall.... thats how I remember...
