If the police took your son then they had to have a good reason. What you should do is get your head straight & fight to get him back, but ONLY when you are completely straightened out!

Give Jesus a chance.
Pray and ask Him to help you and your boyfriend.
If you want to keep your son you need to change.
Try to straighten your life even if you lose the guy.
Find a bible believing church to help both of you.

ummmmm i think you should get your head straight, and FAST. The longer you wait the less your gonna see your son and the closer he is to a Foster home...id hurry it up if you really love your child. If this happend to me id, have my **** taken care of in the next 5 minutes! Id go crazy...
