Everything going slow..and those pop ups!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't have any of those problems you mentioned. You wont either if you follow these steps--->
Download and run SpyBot S&D> http://www.safer-networking.org/...
Then you can get a free tool ( Startup Guard )that will never let your home page be hijacked.
You will have to wait about 20 seconds whenever your computer has to be restarted (to accept the run once application to run at startup)

All computers should have a good Antivirus installed. A couple of good, and free programs are; AVG, and Avast.

The thing that bothers me the most is; When someone posts a question here and thinks just because they know what computer they have and what OS they have, we do also. We are not mind readers. The more info we have, the more we are able to help.

The answer is simple

Nothing is more boring or annoying to me, than having to read all the content on a web page, only to find it was irrelevant.
However having said that a site with loads of flash moving every where means the site takes ages to load up and looks very sterile.
Other that that the site should be:
Colorful
Easy to navigate
Fast upload time
Moose
Remember to eat those veggies.
