Why is this an issue? If the toilet seat is not in the position you need it to be in for you to do what you need to do....just move it. You leave it down...so he has to raise it, right? So if it is up when you go in there, just put it down...

Good idea, but, remember the rule could have been written so differently...

The rule could've said....at all times leave seat up unless you are a woman -- then put it down until done and then please raise it up again for the next person...see? Let us not be greedy ladies!

Is your boy freind leaving it up all the time,I really do not understand why guys can not sit to pee,maybe they feel femenine when they are in that position...Glue it down with every ounce of glue in the container...

well u know, somethings gonna happen the guy who lives with you if your married might get m-a-d.
And if he misses, you'll have to w-i-p-e the seat and you'll have to live with that hey when you sell your house then your gonna have to tell the buyer to replace the toilet.
