The safety regulations are actually federal so they would be the same in Ohio as in Pa. If you bought your crib within the past 5 years, you should be fine (but do check for recalls). If you are running a day care, then you need to check the state regulations because some states limit how old the crib & mattress can be.

I don't believe Ohio has any of it's own regulations. They fall back on the Federal Regs.

The reference I remember being taught for the rails on the side is you shouldn't be able to put a can of pop in between them (some people have different sized fists).

If it is commercially produced and being sold it is a safe bet it meets the standards. Is someone planning to make one?

#one million Boise State lost out to Utah for the only million obtainable at super BCS bid. #2 Boise State already lost to TCU interior the Poinsetta Bowl #3 by making use of rule TTU became no longer allowed because of the fact they could have been the third team from a convention. #4 the OSU became ranked interior the best ten from a BCS convention. They have been the only logical decision. #5 you won't be in a position to take a glance on the outcomes and then no longer merely like the outcomes and then decide to alter the policies after the reality so as to get the needed outcomes. each and every company interior the international exists for the objective of arising funds. If the OSU became no longer eligible for the sport they does not be in it no remember how many followers they are in a position to commute with. case in point, Tennessee and Michigan commute nicely, and that they do no longer look to be even in bowl video games much less a BCS bowl.
