Haha, yes take everyone elses advice. Hot Topic, obviously they're known for the punky style. Also you could take a stab at Wet Seal or Pac Sun. Or you could just find a pair of suspenders an wear them off your shoulders to get that strap look.

Another way you can get this look thou is too buy some braces/suspenders and clip them to a skirt that you already own.... It will give you the same look.

Hot topic maybe. they're just suspenders hanging down, so you could just get a skirt and hang some suspenders off it.
