My ex boyfriend and I are sophmores. We dated for about 6 months when we were freshman. This school year he started dating my friend. They broke up because he didnt feel the same was about her as she did him. I cried over him for 7 months. While he was dating my friend he would be a jerk to me. Lately hes been flirty. My friends were on a class trip for the day and my friend Gary came back. I yelled I missed you Gary and my ex yelled what about me. He has hugged me, sat at my lunch table, tried to touch me. Sometimes I can catch him just staring at me. I was upset so he asked me what was wrong and if I wanted a hug. I'm hesitant to get too close to him anymore after crying for 7 months. I dont know if I see him as a friend or more. What should I do? Oh and by the way we broke up because of communication problems. I never had any space and was too scared to tell him I needed alone time. Should I give him a second chance or not?

Sweetie, EVERYONE in life deserves a second chance.. although when talkin' about your heart.. sometimes knowning better and doing better are two different things.. I would at least sit down with him and TALK about the previous problems you had and how much it hurt and go from there. and just stop and think,, you are YOUNG .. and what if.. you find the ONE TRUE LOVE of your life and YOU make a mistake .. and that one true love never gives YOU a second chance... it would feel very good.. would it ?

Look at his past:
he never gave you any space when you were with him
he made you too afraid to talk about your feelings
he then dated your friend
he was a jerk to you
he made you cry for 7 months
you are hesitant to get involved (for good reason).
Have you ever heard the saying "Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me."

Well i think u should give him a second chance and if he still has feelings for u and u still has feelings for him and think u guys should start over.
