http://pages.matmice.com/ is a very "kiddy" website for kids. its easy to use and doesnt use html. http://www.freewebs.com is also a great site but isnt more kid-zoned and requires a little more work. it still doesnt require html but does have a little more options to play w/. it all depends on the age group your looking at. have fun!

For example, I hosted a website about my dog using that web hosting: http://cutestitch.rules.it . However, it has this advertisement on the top of each page and it takes longer to load.
