No, it's still discriminating against a group of people but not necessarily by race. You're hating on them for their beliefs, not their skin color.

If you hate racist, It doesn't make you racist, a racist is a person who doesn't like someone because of their race.Not because they hate people who hate people because they judge them by their skin.
