Do you prefer the Fender Strat or are you a Gibson Les Paul guy? My personal Dreamguitar would be a Gretsch

I used to have a Fender Strat but traded it in for a Gibson Studio Les Paul (Black w/pearl frets). The Gibson just feels better in my arms.

i own a les paul and love it, i've played fenders, but i don'tfind them as versitle, never played a gretsch, but i bet the local axe shop will let you try them all out.

I too would have to say a Les Paul. It's got some weight to it, let's you know it's there.

I own one of each. I can't pick the one I like best. The Strat for blues and the LP for good old R&R
