How do I get a DVD/VHS of an old made-for-TV movie (called "Murder at the Mardi Gras")?

My friend was in a terrible made for TV movie called "Murder at the Mardi Gras" back in the 1970s, and I thought it would be fun to get him a copy of it for his birthday. Is there an archive out there of things like that where they'd make a copy for me?

Go to Kensington Video. if you live in san diego, you take I-15 South. take Adams exit. and make a right.
or you could always go onto ebay
