No, I don't think they do. Eye color is determined by melanin and does not affect the actually functions of the eyes. The only difference that i could think about would be the amount of light let into the eye. Albinos use sunglasses because too much light enters their eyes. I would think that lighter colored eyes would allow more light so they would perceive the world a little brighter, but essentially be seeing the same color.

No, eye color doesn't effect the way you see things, or so I think. The color of your eye is from melanin, and the more melanin you have, the darker your eye color. Just because someone has darker or lighter eyes, it doesn't mean they see different, unless something else is wrong with their eye.

Who can really tell if any 2 people see the same colour in the same way? Sure, they both call "red" "red", but do they preceive red in the same way? We'll never know.

The way we perceive our environment is as unique and indivulistic as ourselves. What may be physical pain to one man, is a masochist pleasure to another; and, just as you can't tell how someone will perceive pain from their looks, nor can you determine how someone will perceive colour from their eye colour.
