Their staple, of course, is RICE. But some of their other important crops are like NASHI (Japanese Pears), MIKAN (Mini oranges), and TEA LEAVES. Since land is at a premium, they take a lot of care to produce the best product possible. Which also accounts for their cost, which is quite high depending on some places.
